- If we can learn to read what is listed in the B Column we can much better understand the people we interact with, and then become more productive.
- Its difficult to get people to share what is in their B Column, because its usually personal.
- Sometimes we let our own Agendas get in the way of letting us see situations more clearly
Apply
- Next time i get in a covnersation with someone ill think about the Agendas and Columns that are going on behind the communication. And explore how things are different with that knowledge.

- I gave Mason the low down and he thought it was pretty cool. He said he already subconciously knew all this, but having words to explain things like, "AB Columns" or "Agendas" helps understand the way people communicate a little more.
